CREATIVE REALTY SERVICES (CRS) will manage all incoming leads from prospective Buyers and licensed real estate agents for your property.  All required forms, disclosures, addenda, and professional pictures will be provided.  You will receive comprehensive guidance, assistance and coordination throughout the entire transaction until settlement.   

                                                                                                  

When your home is listed in the MLS, CRS will receive a FLAT FEE based on a sliding scale according to the list price. (See pricing on the For Sale by Owner page) If CRS is the only real estate company involved in the transaction, then CRS will waive the listing fee and receive an agreed upon amount, including if the Seller finds or refers an unrepresented Buyer. If another Real Estate Company brings a buyer, you will decide how much to offer them as compensation prior to signing a listing agreement.
